A rare and strategic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner or established Employment team to join a leading international law firm as it looks to establish and grow an employment offering in Manchester.

This firm has a strong global employment practice and a well-established UK platform. As part of its continued investment in Manchester, it is now seeking a senior employment lawyer (or team) to establish a leading employment offering in the region, working closely with national and international colleagues.

The opportunity:

• Establish and lead the employment practice in Manchester, with full support from a market-leading national and international employment team
• Advise on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for UK and global clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and internationally oncross-border and strategic mandates
• Play a key role in shaping the firm’s Manchester growth strategy and long-term regional presence
• Business immigration experience is welcomed but not required, and can be developed or integrated into the wider practice
