Commercial Property Solicitor (5–10 PQE) – Warrington

Salary: £50,000–£75,000 + Bonus | Established Team | On-Site Parking |

We’re working with a respected Warrington-based firm who are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 5–10 years PQE to join a thriving team following the retirement of a long-standing partner.

You’ll be joining a well-supported, tight-knit group including Partner, other peer level solicitors as well as the admin support from your own assistant. The work is broad-ranging, including general landlord & tenant, commercial leases, acquisitions, and disposals. There’s no micromanagement – just the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a stable, friendly firm that values longevity.

What you’ll get:

• A £50k–£75k base salary, depending on experience
• Uncapped 20% bonus on all billings over a realistic target
