An established regional law firm with an excellent reputation for residential property work is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team based in Walsall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Executive, experienced Paralegal, or fee earner qualified through experience who can run their own caseload independently and is seeking high-quality work within a genuinely collaborative environment.

The role:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling matters such as sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Engaging with clients, estate agents, and lenders to maintain excellent service standards

Ideal candidate:

• Demonstrable experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong organisational and client care skills
• Able to work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
