An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a regional firm in Banbury, working closely with two highly experienced partners on a diverse and high-quality caseload.

This position offers an excellent mentorship environment, ideal for someone who wants to learn from the best and position themselves for future progression.

What the role includes:

• Running your own caseload across wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and estate matters
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters, with plenty of client contact
• Building strong relationships with high-quality clients and professional contacts

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years PQE in private client law (or similar level of experience)
• Keen to take the next step in their career and grow into a senior role
• A motivated, client-focused individual who values mentoring and long-term development
• Looking for a role where you can remain long-term and become part of the local legal community in Banbury
