An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm in their busy Warrington office.

This role would suit a qualified solicitor with anywhere from 0 to 10 years’ PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property. You’ll be stepping into a well-supported, fast-paced department with a strong existing client base and a consistently busy caseload. The team is known for its work with SMEs and owner-managed businesses locally and nationally, providing a great mix of work and client exposure.

You’ll be working under a well-liked and supportive Head of Department who encourages autonomy and provides space for team members to shape their own roles while offering guidance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant issues
• Advising SME and OMB clients across a variety of sectors
• Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion, with plenty of client interaction

Ideal Candidate:

• 0–10 years’ PQE with solid commercial property experience (NQs with relevant seat welcome)
• Confident handling files with appropriate supervision
• A strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships
• Able to work independently but values a supportive team environment
