A well-established regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team based in Bolton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with anywhere from NQ to 10 years’ PQE to join a busy, well-resourced commercial property department with a consistent flow of high-quality instructions. The team works with a range of owner-managed businesses and SME clients across the region and nationally, offering varied and interesting work across the commercial property spectrum.

You’ll join a team led by a supportive and approachable Head of Department, known for empowering team members to run their caseloads with independence while providing a collaborative environment and helpful mentorship as needed.

Role Highlights:

• Handling a busy caseload of commercial property matters including purchases, sales, leases, and development work
• Acting for a diverse client base, from local businesses to national SMEs
• Developing strong client relationships with an emphasis on service and commercial awareness

Candidate Profile:

• NQ–10 PQE in commercial property
• Comfortable managing matters independently or keen to grow into that responsibility with support
• Personable, proactive and client-focused
