A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking a Real Estate Partner to take the lead in its Altrincham office, heading up a small team.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior commercial property lawyer to step into a leadership role without the need for a following. The firm has a well-established client base, and the incoming partner will have the autonomy and support to drive forward the real estate offering and shape the department’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the real estate department with support from an engaged leadership team
• Work closely with commercial clients on a full range of property transactions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to departmental strategy
