A well-regarded commercial law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (4–8 PQE) to join their supportive and busy team based in Altrincham.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Employment, providing legal advice across a mix of contentious and non-contentious respondent matters, primarily on behalf of employer clients.

Your role will include:

• Advising on grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, and dismissals
• Drafting employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
• Supporting clients on Employment Tribunal matters
• Working directly with SME and commercial clients across sectors

Candidate profile:

• 4–8 years’ PQE in employment law, ideally with respondent experience
• Strong technical and advisory skills
• Team-focused with a proactive, client-centred approach
