We are seeking a commercially astute Partner with a proven track record in EIS/SEIS, EMI schemes, and other corporate incentive arrangements to lead and grow the firm’s UK incentives practice, collaborating closely with global offices on complex, cross-border corporate tax matters.

• Leading strategic advice ontax-advantaged incentive schemes, corporate reorganisations, and M&A tax structures
• Advisinghigh-growth companies, investors, and private clients on incentive schemes and broader corporate tax planning
• Driving business development and buildinglong-term client relationships across sectors and jurisdictions
• Mentoring and managing a team of associates, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
